ONIONS

Kroeker Farms has been growing onions since 1958 and currently produces Cooking and Spanish onions on approximately 300 acres of irrigated land. We are constantly utilizing new and innovative technologies to enhance the quality and storability of the onions. Cooking onions are planted from seed and are grown to maximize the production of a standard size of 2.5 - 3 inches. Red and Jumbo Yellow Spanish onions are grown from transplants in order to generate onions with a larger size profile. Kroeker Farms supplies onions to the fresh and processing markets throughout North America from August to June. Certified organic onions are available to our customers in addition to our conventional produce.
