PROCESS POTATOES

Kroeker Farms produces potatoes for processing at McCain Foods Limited. Our Russet Burbanks are mostly grown under irrigation with a nutrient plan designed to get physiologically mature potatoes that translate into quality fries. Sugar analysis & fry color evaluations completed at our Farm Lab, is done both in-field, to monitor potential problems such as sugar ends and post-harvest, as part of our commitment to quality fries.
