Cold Storage Inventory Coordinator

We are looking for a Cold Storage Inventory Coordinator to oversee the flow of products within refrigerated storage and ensure accurate, real-time inventory records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of maintaining alignment between physical stock and digital tracking systems. This role is central to keeping operations efficient, accurate, and compliant with FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily in-and-out movement of boxes within refrigerated storage.
  • Maintain a systematic arrangement of inventory to support accessibility and FIFO practices.
  • Verify that all outgoing boxes are correctly allocated to the right orders.
  • Compare physical box content with KPack data and investigate discrepancies.
  • Communicate continuously with forklift operators to ensure real-time updates of all box movements.
  • Remove empty or outdated boxes from KPack with proper timestamp and user ID.
  • Generate beginning- and end-of-shift reports to reconcile fridge map and KPack system data, including exceptions such as missing, duplicated, or unweighted boxes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or cold storage operations is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with forklift operators, quality control, and other departments.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a cold storage environment.

Shift Schedule & Work Conditions

  • Full-time position: shift schedule will align with production and inventory requirements.
  • Work primarily in refrigerated storage environment.
  • May require occasional weekend shifts for month-end reconciliation or production needs.
  • Standing, walking, and light box handling required throughout the shift.
  • Close collaboration with forklift operators and other inventory team members.
